Introducing 'The Green Hustle', a revolutionary movement turning bars across the globe green. The initiative engages with trade through a series of cocktails using re-used ingredients - such as a Stems and Skins Spritz - with menus and POS printed on paper made with recycled citrus husks, demonstrations and how-to's by a talented team of pioneering global bartenders, and the ‘Hustle Buggy’, which collects fruit waste from bars to repurpose as ‘stuice’ in the cocktails.
